Lining up outside for a half hour only to leave in less than five minutes after seeing 95% of everything pictured was sold the day before was not a great start to the day.

From the first phone call, Max answered all our questions, offered suggestions, offered help,... read more heck, if you want to just wash your hands of it all, he'll do everything! Our 122 year old home was in good repair, but there were a few things that needed to be done. Most things we were able to do, but for the ones we couldn't, Max had qualified, reliable, people practically on speed dial. He was really knowledgeable about the real estate market, helped us negotiate offers and counter offers, all of which resulted in us getting the best value possible for our property. The entire process really did seem effortless. Thanks Max!

Max and his team handled the estate and house sale for my parents’ home and there aren’t enough words to say how grateful I am... read more to him! He took care of everything and kept my Mom and I updated every step of the way. He is professional, kind, up front and honest. Once we went through the home and found all the things that were important to our family from the home, he took it from there. He handled the estate sale, donations of remaining items, cleaned and prepped the house and got a quick sale at a great price. He goes above and beyond for his clients and I would recommend him to anyone.
